We only collect the information you send us:

• through the contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message;
• by email or phone: the business contact details and the information you choose to share about your company and your project.

• To answer your request and support your plan to take part in a trade show. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• To manage our business relationship. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of DAREXPORT.
• To inform you about the trade shows we represent that are relevant to your business. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of DAREXPORT; you may object at any time.

Your data is processed by the DAREXPORT team. When your request relates to a specific trade show, it may be passed on to the organiser of that show so that they can follow it up.

Our technical service providers may access it solely for the purposes of their work: OVH for hosting the website, Formspree for delivering contact form messages, and our email provider.

Some organisers and providers are based outside the European Union, in particular in the United Kingdom and the United States. In that case, the transfer of your data is carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations.

We do not sell or rent your data.

Contact requests and prospect data are kept for three years from our last exchange. Client data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for the retention periods required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You may also give instructions on what should happen to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, please write to event@darexport.com. We will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

This website does not set any advertising or analytics cookies.

To display its pages, it relies on two external services: Storyblok for images and Google Fonts for typefaces. As with any page viewed online, your IP address is sent to them when the page loads.

This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the website or to the regulations.
